Other special dental issues which teens need to know include use of mouth guards, orthodontic treatment, nutrition, eating disorder, oral piercing and smoking habits. Suitable Oral Health Promotion for Teenagers that is interactive and motivational is a challenge. Becoming better informed about issues that effect oral health can make it easier to make the best decisions amongst teens. Our future oral health starts from the oral habits in our Adolescence stage.
